Woven Cord Polyester Strapping
A softer and more flexible strap with a 76mm cardboard core. Woven cord polyester strapping is a safe alternative to steel strapping. It has the same break load capacity but with more metres per coil so there is a significant cost saving.
Polyester provides excellent retained tension to stay tight on rigid loads. It’s excellent recovery properties enables it to absorbs impacts without strap breakage to prevent load shifting during transit.
This strapping may have a lower break strain than other strapping but the system strength* is considerably higher and unlike steel strapping woven cord polyester does not rust and is much safer to user.
